Les points positifs de cette location sont la localisation et le prix, centre ville à un tarif tout à fait raisonnable. On est à 2 minutes à pied du marché central, haut lieu de la vie à Papeete, et du centre ville commercial. A 1 minute, d'un arrêt de plusieurs lignes de bus. Le point négatif, revers de la médaille, est le bruit d'un centre ville puisqu'on est sur une artère principal. Mais avec de très bons bouchons d'oreilles on n'entend plus rien, même pas les scooters sans pot d'échappement au beau milieu de la nuit. A ne pas oublier

Chambre Cosy Maeva room
Très propre, très bien placé au coeur de la ville, juste un peu bruyant le matin tôt car sur un axe routier majeur, mais très supportable.

Severe smell issue – not a comfortable stay
The location is right in the city center, which is great for an affordable overnight stay if you need to catch a flight early the next morning. The room appeared clean and tidy, but unfortunately there was a very unpleasant smell — something like dampness and ammonia. The smell was so bad that I The location is perfect for an affordable overnight stay in the city center, especially if you have an early flight. Check-in is self-service, but someone is available by phone if needed and they also arranged a taxi for me. The room had a very unpleasant smell of dampness and ammonia, so I spent most of my time outside and only came back to sleep. The property clearly needs renovation to address the moisture issue, as the odor even affected my clothes and luggage.

Pratique, près du centre-ville
Une chambre pratique, propre et climatisée tout près du centre-ville. À 2 minutes à pied du Marché et de la Mairie de Papeete. Un magasin d'alimentation est à 2 minutes également. Un emplacement vraiment pratique pour court séjour ou sorties nocturnes quand on vient de la Presqu'île.
