Convenient, Inexpensive, Clean & Helpful - What More Could You Ask for?
This affordable group of AirBnB rooms right in the center of Papeete is a real find! Christophe has several rooms in one three-story building, which are grouped into clusters of 3 with a shared bathroom. We never had a conflict with access. The convenience of being right in the middle of the town, with easy access to the city Market, the waterfront, and lots of shopping is a huge advantage - especially when the price is so reasonable. Most other places in this price range require you have your own car. While the rooms are fairly small, the bed is well-sized and the space is uncluttered. The linens are clean and the towels are thick and thirsty. There are tall windows up to the high ceilings that bring in lots of light - unless you choose to close the heavy full-length curtains that turn day into night! The air conditioner was easy to use and up to the task of cooling and drying the warm, moist air. The wifi info was clearly provided on the check-in info, greeting message and on the table in the room. It is perfectly sufficient for these two nerdy travelllers, but might not be enough for a road warrior trying to do a day's work. The Tiare room has a small balcony with a table and two chairs, where we enjoyed looking out over the neighborhood traffic, seeing people go by on their everyday activities. Christophe was very helpful and flexible in communicating with us when we had sudden unexpected changes to our itinerary. We will definitely stay here again on future trips to Papeete!

Exactly what we were looking for in Papeete.
From the start to the end Christopher was a fantastic communicator, helpful and friendly and always quick to reply and answer our questions and help any way he could. The room was simple and no fuss, which is what we were wanting and the air conditioning worked great. We received the access codes automatically, check in and check out was simple. It's about a 1min walk to the market which was a great.
