Horrific conditions in a beautiful location
READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK ! As of May 2026: there are habituated rats in the kitchen and mice in the bathroom. On our first night of 4, my spouse awoke to ants on his face/arm/chest in the (presumably but definitely not) 'sealed' enclosed sleeping area. We successfully eradicated with a can of insect repellent, but there was no mitigation option to prevent rats from getting into the trash at night. We kept all dry food in our rental car (as there is no dry food containment system in the kitchen, other than maybe the microwave). In fairness, via email I reported these issues to the property manager Christophe late in my stay, requesting a refund of any amount and urging these be addressed prior to future guests, but have not received any response. There is no hammock nor bikes available (unlike pictures). Further, we are regular outdoor living people (camp 20 nights at a time without a tent, so used to insects & rodents) - BUT at the price of this property, we are absolutely appalled.

Tree house delight
It’s definitely a wow place. The scenery and snorkeling are amazing. The kitchen well equipped. The kayaks and bikes were a nice plus. Maybe paddle boards would be a great addition? The only downside is the treehouse bedroom does mean a trip downstairs at night and sleeping on comfortable but on the floor mattress. Not for the physically challenged.
